Technical access data

When the website is accessed, technically necessary server logs may be processed, including the IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing supports secure and stable operation and error analysis. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form

When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, organisation, email address, optional telephone number, project description, submission time and consent confirmation. The data is stored in the protected storage area of the AGProjekt web application on the contracted VPS and used to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for appropriate business communication.

Storage period and recipients

Data is retained only for as long as required to handle the enquiry, support a possible collaboration and meet statutory evidence or retention obligations. Technical hosting providers may process data under a data-processing agreement. Data is not disclosed for advertising purposes.

Cookies, analytics and external media

This version of the website does not use analytics or marketing services and does not set optional tracking cookies. Visual media and fonts are delivered locally. Technically necessary browser functions may be used without creating a user profile.

Your rights

Within the scope of the law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also withdraw consent with effect for the future. Send requests to ag@agprojekt.at or use the contact form.
